APRIL IS EARTH MONTH!! It’s an opportunity to come together and show appreciation for our planet.
Sustainable Hill Farms (SHF) will have two events: a group activity on April 25 and a presentation on May 2.
- 4/25 10 – 12 PM Madison Parks Earth Day Challenge: SHF group clean up at Rennebohm Park.
No need to sign up. Just show up with gloves and a trash bag. We can work as a group to help clean up our park. - 5/2 1PM – 3PM Home Energy Efficiency: MG&E ask-an-expert, Leah Samson, will present on smart electrical use and programs that can reduce your bill and your carbon footprint. There will be time for Q&A.
In addition, there are many other wonderful events scheduled in Madison. Here is a list of some of those events that we would like to support, and we encourage you to consider taking part. Some of them we’ll be attending ourselves, so if you are interested in going as a group/car pooling, let us know and we’ll work it out.
