Education

Believing that sustainability is a shared responsibility, our goal is to encourage active participation in building a more sustainable neighborhood. We offer monthly educational events to foster awareness, build skills and help us all  make responsible, informed choices.

We also support and encourage participation in events sponsored by other local sustainable organizations.

This has been in place for a year and has been quite successful drawing large attendance. It has  allowed us to explore important dimensions of sustainability and has helped our community grow. It requires work to plan and schedule each event and to line up the speakers.
